坚持公益之初心 秉承初心为公益

“我始终相信，我们在帮助别人时自身一定会获得好处，比如幸福感、满足感、成就感等，这份好处在不断服务他人后方能体会得更加深刻，而乐于助人的意识也会在不知不觉中融化到骨子里、血液里，变成一种品德。这种品德是不需要对外张扬、对外认可的，反而是一种自我满足和幸福感。坚持做志愿者，会潜移默化地让我们从最初单纯为了完成任务、祈求别人赞誉的“功利之心”过度到发自内心帮助他人、颐养自己心灵的“公益善念之心”，而公益善念之心的受益者最终还是我们自己。我相信：在公益之路上，越来越多的功利之心正在悄然褪去华丽的外衣，呈现出人性中最美丽的善念之举。”
"I always believe that when we help others, we will gain benefits ourselfs, such as happiness, satisfaction, sense of accomplishment, and etc. This benefit will become more profound after we continue to serve others, and our willingness to help others will unconsciously be melted into our bones and blood as it becomes a kind of morality. This kind of morality does not need to be publicized or recognized externally, but a sense of self-satisfaction and happiness. Persisting in being a volunteer will subconsciously change us from the "utilitarian heart" that purely aimed from accomplishing the task and hearing praise from others, to the "philanthropic heart" of helping others from the heart and nurturing one's soul. The beneficiaries of the charitable heart of volunteer activities are ultimately ourselves. I Believe through the road of volunteer activities, more and more practical hearts would start to remove their gorgeous coats of utilitarian and present the most beautiful act of kindness in human nature."
